Our area of the Masai Mara is owned and managed by the Masai people themselves under the name of The Ol Choro Oirouwa Wildlife Management and Conservation Association. A portion of every ‘client per night’ fee is put back into the community and local projects. Richard and his family continue to be very active in on-going Mara conservation projects as well as spear heading initiatives in other parts of Kenya.
